White Label Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions apply to all White Label products supplied by Atelier, a trading name of Muse Pty Ltd. They apply to purchases made through the Atelier website and to quotations accepted by customers.

By placing an order, accepting a quotation or making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Every Atelier product is manufactured to order in Australia using premium materials and fragrance ingredients.

Because our products are handcrafted and contain natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, fragrance, wax finish, glass, labels and packaging may occur between production batches. These variations are a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance by Atelier.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or amended without Atelier's written approval.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

Freight is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and added to the order total.

Full payment is required before production commences unless Muse Pty Ltd has approved alternative commercial account terms.

Customers may supply production-ready artwork or engage Atelier's design service for an additional fee.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Atelier is not responsible for customer-approved errors. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised lead times.

The minimum order quantity is 50 units per product, per fragrance.

Standard production lead time is approximately four weeks from receipt of payment, approved artwork and all required information.

Atelier supplies all packaging, vessels, labels and components required to manufacture every order.

Freight is arranged by Atelier. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery and notify Atelier in writing of any shortages, transit damage or manufacturing defects.

As products are custom manufactured, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or where required under Australian law.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Customers retain ownership of their logos, artwork and branding.

Muse Pty Ltd retains ownership of all formulations, fragrance blends, manufacturing methods, templates and other intellectual property.

Unless requested otherwise in writing, Atelier may photograph completed products for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their artwork, barcodes, product claims, regulatory approvals, export requirements and retailer-specific requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier's liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of defective products.

Atelier is not liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including supplier shortages, freight delays, natural disasters or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Electronic acceptance of these Terms through the Atelier website or by accepting a quotation has the same legal effect as signing a written agreement.
